lang v wang
Upon browsing through the uploaded 2010 Resort Collections on Style.com i was surprisingly disappointed by Alexander Wang's latest offering. Quickly was this disappointment forgotten however, by the sheer brilliance that was Helmut Lang Resort 2010. Yes, the silhouettes are slightly Rick Owens-y and borrow some references from A. Wang, but overall i think its a great collection. Nothing really stood out to me as groundbreaking this season so this collection was a smart and safe. Lets just hope in the next few days something magnificent comes about.
